Crock Pot Mongolian Beef
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, cut into strips
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup light soy sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 3 medium green onions, sliced
Directions
Toss the beef with the cornstarch until coated. Add the beef and the remaining ingredients to a crockpot and cook on low 4-5 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
